Making Fitness Your Favorite Habit

Getting and staying in shape is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.
If you want to easily get out of bed in the morning, go on a hike and actually enjoy it, play sports with your kids, feel more confident in the clothes you wear and actually get stronger, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge.
I am a NASM certified Chicago personal trainer, with focus in strength, corrective exercise, mobility and overall well-being.
I am constantly perfecting my craft by attending workshops and seminars to better serve my clients. I have developed my training regimen by working with a variety of people and always tailoring my programs to the needs of my clients.
If you are looking for a coach who is thorough, a stickler for form, your great cheerleader and throws in occasional puns, we will most likely work well together.

Home: Classes

I started working with Liza when I wasn’t comfortable going to the gym because of Covid. I wanted to get back in shape, to be strong and train to build endurance. I struggled building up cardio endurance but Liza pushed me and knew where I was capable to finish the set and reach my goals of endurance. My goals were to build a big butt, run further, and finish a set of pushups. Now I can do variations of push ups, run a faster mile, and definitely fill my leggings out more ;)
Liza has also inspired me to be more consistent with my own work outs!
Liza shows up with a plan to push you and meet your goals. Make audacious goals and show up! Liza trains you with the effort you put in. Show up and you’ll see the results!

Before Liza was my trainer she was my friend. We started doing group outdoor workouts during the pandemic and I found them immensely helpful. Liza knows her stuff! She knows how to lead an exercise with precision and how correct your form when you are not doing an exercise right. Her corrections are what I find so valuable because on your own, it is so easy to repeatedly do an exercise wrong and you won’t see the results you are looking for. But Liza won’t let that happen! Liza is energetic and her workouts are dynamic and well crafted for the level of her clients.
When I started, I wanted to build my overall fitness and increase my upper body strength. (Plus look hot like Liza)
I feel much stronger and I have corrected some of the mistakes I was previously making when working out on my own. I’m proud of my overall fitness and I appreciate everything Liza has done to help with that!
Be prepared sweat! Liza workouts can be hard but the energy is always good and Liza will help you achieve your goals!

I was motivated to start fitness by the desire to look good, feel good, and and to continue my high-energy.  My primary focus was on my stomach and chest.  When I started working out with Liza, she made certain to focus on my upper and lower extremities, which was very important.  We did full-body workouts in the gym and outdoors.   I knew I was out of shape, but boy did I not realize how much until after our first workout. Liza did an amazing job pushing me to my limits (and beyond) in order for me to get results.  I am very thankful for her persistence and highly recommend you train with Liza. She rocks!!

Meeting Liza was the best thing that has happened to me. I met Liza in a dancing class and after talking to her and seeing how much knowledge she had and how passionate she was about health and training I definitely wanted to give it a try.
We first met for an initial assessment. She checked how my body was positioned while certain movements, she checked my strength and explained what she saw. She said she was going to create a workout for me to achieve my goals and to strengthen those weaknesses I had, and to correct bad posture. And she did! She was more than a trainer, she helped me so much she became a great friend!
My main struggle when I started with her was fear of getting hurt due to bad posture during exercises. But that went away immediately when I started training with Liza. She is the most thorough personal trainer I’ve seen in my life, and of course I never got hurt with her. 
Ever since I started training with Liza I started liking working out. My goals first were to fall in love with working out which I did, and now my main goal is to keep on becoming stronger and keep on toning my body.
Thank you Liza for changing my life and helping me realize that being healthy and working out don’t have to be a sacrifice. You’re a blessing!
